Really annoyed. Tried to use the active deal for this specific location on Mobile Bandit and spent a half an hour phoning, it just rang and rang and rang, no voicemail, no message, nothing. I finally called their Whalley location to see if there was a reason they weren’t answering and was told they are closed for renovation.
If they are closed, why is their specific location still on Mobile Bandit and why wouldn’t they have some sort of recorded message to notify customers when they call?
Not happy.
