If the customer service wasn’t so bad i’d probably rate it higher, but i will never again book this place, unless its the last place to book in Canada! The lady at the front desk was not only giving my party a hard time, but the guy that came before us as well. YES, we all know booking through a 3rd party isn’t always perfect, but we booked for 4 people and her computer said there was only 2 people booked, even though we showed her the email from the 3rd party, she didn’t care and was going to charge us an extra 40 bucks for 2 more people, like seriously… we booked a room with 2 beds and we had proof of the booking. The room was pretty nice, came with a TV with comcast, kitchen and keurig. Our hair dryer didn’t work and when we called, the guy came up to take a look and said he’d bring one up if he does have one, if not he’ll have it for us tomorrow… NOT! They didn’t have enough parking spots, so we had to park in a little empty lot nearby… kinda sketchy. Breakfast was… alright. didn’t have scrambled eggs. boiled eggs and sausages, pancakes from what looked like a frozen kind from costco. orange juice wasn’t even real, they served sunny D. No pool, or hot tub. Overall, i wouldn’t have hated this place so much if the service was good, they were just so rude! rooms were okay, there was a little stain on the other bed but we ignored it.

Literally the worst experience I have EVER had with a business. We checked in and saw that our room had a full kitchen, so we went and bought a bunch of frozen food to cook in the oven. We then found out that our oven did not work, so we asked the front desk to have it fixed. We were in town for a concert, and the front desk reported that they oven would not be fixed until after we had to leave, so we asked that they give us a partial discount. The front desk staff told us that we could leave if we weren’t happy, so I asked to speak to the owner of the business. The front desk staff then called the owner, proceeded to talk trash about us INFRONTOFUS and then put me on the phone with the owner. They owner was the snarkiest, nastiest woman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with and her response to our request for a discount was, «Sweety, why don’t you just leave.» We are fully documenting all of the safety and health hazards that this facility has failed to address, and we will be reporting this place to Days Inn corporate, as well as BBB Canada.

Staff was ok at check in. Rooms are outdated and are slightly worn and small but clean. Beds are comfy. Damage to the door is a little scary as the chain is broken. The window was not locked upon check in.

Worst hotel ever! The hotel offers free breakfast but dont eat it! The server that was handling garbage used her bare hands to push down and compact the trash and took it out. She came back inside and took one pancake that fell off the chaffing dish and put ut back in with her bare hands!!! Disgusting! Morning front desk agent was also very rude!!! Hanfs up the phone without saying thank u and goodbye! Will never go back to this hotel and I dont recommend this hotel to anyone!
