Dr. Ward’s work needs 10 stars!
Things to know:
— I was not happy with the consultation: Dr. Ward was not impressed with me interrupting him when he was talking and let me know with a tone I did not appreciated. He seemed a bit technical when I was more interested in what my results would be as no two bodies are the same and what was performed on someone else was irrelevant to me and my body. It was hard for me to envision what he was trying to explain but I did my research on his results and I was very impressed so I wasn’t concerned that we didn’t click when it came to the consultation and booked my appointment.
I wasn’t there for his personality I was there for the skills he has and I was confident he would do a good job. I was fooled in the past by a charismatic surgeon who did an utterly terrible job on me (Dr Ward had fixed the botched surgery for me)
— If you are interested in a few surgeries but not sure about what to do/​pricing quotes let them know this ahead of time as the consolations are short and you might not have enough time to go over multiple options.
— I have had two procedures done buy Dr. Ward, love them both! He will absolutely do the best he can with whatever he is working on. I have seen his work on a few of my friends they all turned out beautifully and we are all very different.
–Last thing I would like to mention is he does the surgeries in his building this means its his staff not a surgical centre that has its own staff. At a centre you have multiple Dr. s using the facility this means multiple patients, people and staff sharing spaces. I liked the atmosphere at Dr. wards facility it was warm, quiet and I enjoyed listening to spa music in the waiting room before the surgery it helped with my nerves.
–Another thing I am not happy about is the wait time for a consultation… But definitely worth the wait.
