This is the worst Flea Market I’ve ever been to. The Manager(ANDY) is a awful individual that does not care about the people who rent out spaces at this place of business. His only goal is to line his pockets… Which explains his blind eye to uphold Fraudulent Acts. He is very un-professional and has repeatedly let STOLENGOODS&REPLICA’S to be sold there. Beside that their security is un-reliable, you will get you’re goods stolen without any regard or help from management. To rent a place there is a waste of time as you will not make any money and will be twiddling you’re thumbs all day.(ANDY) IS A UNTRUSTWORTHYSCUMBAGTHATHASTAKEN A JOBFROM A VERYRESPECTABLEMAN(SAM) Which is the previous manager. This is not the Flea Market that once was… It is full of thieves bums & crack heads that rather steal you’re goods than buy them. Shoppers & sellers beware!!! The management is below par, & the people a very very RUDE!!! It is not uncommon to witness crimes of all sorts at this astablishment. It is very un-organized, and should be shut down for good… The washrooms reek of urine & feces!!! As well the food is absolutely horrible and you will get food poisoning!!! If you want to save a dollar you are better off going to Wallmart, Winners etc. or other establishment’s that guarantee their products. If you do decide to purchase goods here they refuse returns & are very rude about it… You’re better off buying online!!! it’s unfortunate but,(ANDY) has spoiled the magic that once shined!!!

We ve been coming here for years. I guess its just an average type of flea market if you like flea markets. When the weather is nice its very crowded. When the weather is lousy I feel bad for the vendors. Its an ok place to waste a couple of hours. You may find deals on plants, fruits & vegetables when they are in season but other than that youll find low quality junk at beware of what youre buying prices. I guess its better than the Vancouver flea market as I havent seen a police raid for knock off items here. Also at times its been busy I stand close to my wife in case somebody wants to purse snatch or grope but that hasnt happened so far.

This is the biggest one in the Lower Mainland. That doesn’t mean it’s good. Then again, most flea markets are just a bunch of dealers selling either: * dollar store items(for $ 2 – 5) * stolen goods * designer knockoffs * all of the above This one doesn’t distinguish itself from any others. There are very few vendors who are just doing some housecleaning and have old and interesting stuff to sell. In the summer, there’s a lot of room for tables outside, usually 10 – 12 rows of tables plus 2 buildings of indoor tables. In the rainy season, it shrinks down to just the buildings. There’s a decent amount of parking but sucks in the rain because it’s not paved so you end up trudging through a field of mud. About the only thing I ever buy when I come here is some produce from the farmers who show up.
