Great food for the value. Half orders are enough to fill two people! Granville Island beer on tap for good value as well!

Been here a few times. The food is great! Service can be a bit slow, staff is friendly tho. It only gets 4 stars because of slow service. But it’s a must eat here!

Service was really great– they were busy but really accommodating and very friendly to us. They were also really generous with the kimchi and salad and kept it coming quickly! The chicken was fresh and crispy, and the price was right. We tried the green onion chicken mountain and it was almost too much for 2 people but so good! We will definitely be back for more to try the dak galbi.

Chicken was great, except they ran out of rice. It would have been 5⁄5 with rice! Service was alright. I’ll come again. Hopefully next time there will be rice!!!

Got sweet spicy chicken to go. I’ve been there a couple of times before and it was decent before. This time, there was little sauce on the chicken and it was quite dry. I could wait 40 mins for a great quality chicken but this one wasn’t worth the 40 minute wait and $ 22.

The best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Two best dishes on the menu: Black Yummy and Green Mountain(the latter being my fav). Don’t be afraid to order a half size plate of chicken, they were very large portions. This meal, paired with a pint of Grandville Island ale, fully satisfied. Beats chicken wings any time.

The food is really good but the wait is just so long I waited 2 hours for my chicken to come out and I barely ordered anything. People who came after us got their food right away. Currently in the restaurant right now I am very frustrated.

My friends and I love big chicken town. Great place to grab a few beers share some chicken plates and experience Korean Chicken and Beer! Staff has gotten better over time and the owner is always there working and making sure the patrons are being taken care of!

unbelievable! I posted a bad comment on this restaurant BIGCHICKENTOWN! And they keep deleting it! Online is a place to share your option and the truth about what you’ve been through. Not only they are rude with no idea how to treat customers, they are also trying to hide the truth about how customers are treated there, by deleting my last review!!! I was there with my 6 months old niece, bf and 3 other friends. They didn’t even seat us properly, didn’t grab us our menu, or sauce. And when we asked for rice, she acted confused. asking for steam rice at a Korean restaurant is perfectly normal. We asked for 5 bowls, only 4 came out and she said that there was no more rice. But on my way out of the washroom I saw them serving rice to a diff table. The part that pissed me off the most was I had to ask for hot water(for me to warm up my nieces milk) over 5 times. And still NOHOTWATER! My friend. Who doesn’t even work there, had to go up to their faces. To ask and grab the hot water for me. I honestly don’t know what their problem is. Being judgmental cuz we look young with a baby Is wrong. She wasn’t my daughter and even if she was it’s none of their business… I don’t see why we were deserve to be treated like that. UNBELIEVABLE! Not to mention as we were leaving the girls there were starting us down and glaring at us. Those girls need to GOBACKTOSCHOOLANDLEARNHOWTORUN A PROFESSIONALBUSINESS, ANDSERVEPROPERLY. Seriously, I’m usually a really calm person so for me to actually go online and write all of this, means they were just that BAD! I honestly don’t recommend this place to anybody. Unless you want to be treated like a criminal.

Big Chicken Town is a very cozy and friendly place to hangout with friends. It’s more for an older audience, not really for highschool students because they serve alcohol. The ambience is nice and comfortable. The service is fast and they value the law by asking to see your ID if an alcoholic beverage is ordered. Ordered the half & half and the pork cutlet & fries. The serving is very big and two people cannot finish them in one sitting. There’s no public washroom.
