I haven’t patroned here in a few years, but will review as a warning — I have still awarded three stars as I assume they have changed their business practices since.
I purchased a car alarm system here and had it installed, the customer service rep was really nice, very helpful, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Scheduled in the install and arranged for me to come back later and pick up my car, I made sure to tell them I had school so needed it by a specific time. Well, the car was late, but things happen, it was a VW and they have some tricky wiring so no bother.
The following night as I was driving to work (after sun down) I went over a bump in the road on an unlit highway and lost my headlights! They just died — I figured out if I shoved the button hard enough or slapped the dashboard hard enough they would come on. When I came home (again, unlit highway at night), I had it looked at, when they were installing my flashing headlights as a notifier of my alarm they snipped a wire by accident.
We took it into them to repair — which at they did at no cost — but spent the entire time accusing us of doing it (makes no sense, I like having headlights when I drive at night).
I defiantely would not go back and wouldn’t recommend the place to any of my friends; if you have had a better experience recently please correct me.
