These ladies know how to make a friggin sandwich, holy heck that was good. I had the pesto chicken last week and the«hot blonde» today and both will change your life.

Run by the friendliest people I’ve met in Canada. Great, fresh sandwiches prepared quickly and with a lot of love!

Breakfast and brunch place closed on Sundays? Seriously… That wasn’t thought through very well.

This little café is close to my office & we have been a handful of times for lunch. Everything seems to be house made and fresh. Decent variety sandwiches, soups, cookies and salads. I have a few issues though, which is why i haven’t been back in a while. 3 times while i have been in there the 2 women who i think must co-own it have been fighting with each other. The last time I was there the one working the register was actually crying! I understand that co-workers have their bad days sometimes, but come on ladies! Super unprofessional &SO awkward for your customers. Another gripe, I don’t like being called honey & sweetie by strangers. I find it condescending. It also doesn’t come across genuine when you say it 10 – 15 times to every single person who walks in the door. Oh, and stop using ciabbata from Costco & get some really good artisan breads. That would take their tasty sandwiches up a whole level.

What a delight. The kindest service around, will surely brighten up your day. A real breath of fresh air in the area. It was my first cabbage roll experience, and probably my last because they were so delicious that nothing could top them. Great work ladies!

VJ and Hope have the cutest lil Café/coffee shop. They didn’t have breakfast when I came in but when I said that I had a craving for breaky, VJ made a great suggestion. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich… Unreal! I’ll come back for sure!

Consistently great food and service. The owner is enthusiastic about everything on the menu and will happily walk you through everything they offer. I have enjoyed everything I have tried from here and never regret stopping by for lunch. They even offer wheat free/gluten free options should you so desire. I will always recommend this café to my friends as I firmly believe that a delicious sandwich is a great thing.

One of my favourite lunch spots in Surrey! The owners are both very nice, the place is clean, and if you’re there during lunchtime the lineup is usually out the door! I usually come around 2pm and don’t have to wait too long. I’ve tried quite a few things and they’re all good. Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Hot Blonde, Grilled Cheese, Breakfast Burrito. All delicious and very fresh. Pretty much everything is made in house. Coffee is Social Coffee Roasters from Toronto and it’s awesome. Their baked goods are good too, their Chocolate Chip Cookies with Flax are TODIEFOR!!!

Had a corned beef sandwich which was great. They make their own corned beef, which I liked. You can tell alot of their customers are regulars, which is a positive thing. If something is good, people come back for it. The lady serving us was very friendly and welcoming. I had a coffee too and she encouraged me to get refills. Their soupslooked good and smelt good so I will probably try them out next time. If you want breakfast, I think you have to be there early. I arrived at 11 am and it was too late for breakfast. Place is clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend to friends.

After an eerie dream, my fiancé and I were sent to a place we had never heard of before. A quick Unilocal search gave us directions to the«be’wiched» café that was foretold in our sleep. Best dream ever, we ordered the Cubano Caliente(I think?) both the chicken and pork version — perfect! The service was warm and friendly, the food was great. The small side of Greek orzo had me purchasing and packing up a small pot of it to take home. Will definitely be back.

Amazing sandwiches and great service. Everything here is made fresh, which means: no sandwiches in display cases. I believe the breads are also baked from scratch. I got the grilled cheese, and it was delicious. The bread texture was just right IMHO, crunchy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside(unlike some other places, who just torch their bread), which, when coupled with the cheese, resulted in a near-perfect sandwich. The coffee here is just a tad weak, and maybe it was because I dropped in early morning, but the tables felt rather sticky. Overall: outstanding sandwiches, warm service, and reasonable prices. Would recommend.

One of the best sandwich places I’ve been to! Menu’s small but has a variety of everything and is made with whole grain and organic ingredients. In addition to sandwiches, they serve baked goods and soups which I hear are also fantastic. The ladies at the counter are super friendly and will make conversation and relate to you to make you feel comfortable. Definitely going back again!

Customer service is the best here. The gal that owns the joint is go go go! And the food is delicious. Nothing better than supporting a local business that is doing all the right things. It’s nice to see someone care so much about what she’s doing. I wish more places were like this one!

This little café is tucked away inside a commercial development at the corner of 152nd street and highway 10. Seeing as it serves a Monday to Friday work crowd they do not open on weekends. This should not deter you from trying this place but make you try harder to get there. Every food creation served here(and they are creations) tastes amazing and are made from scratch. They specialize in soups, sandwiches and chillis from my experience as well as some very interesting deserts. Unlike most chafe’s everything here is made to order so you will have to wait a few minutes for your food. They do not have pre made sandwiches sadly looking up at you looking ready to die. So if you are in the area for work or stopping in to pick up some beer a few doors over stop in for a bite of food. The two ladies here would love to make your acquaintance and feed you too! #30DaysOfYelp 26⁄30

Owner is very freindly no dennying that, but she is a pretty annoying woman. I sorry, but I just don’t like her personality… after five mintues of her talking at me… its just like«please leave me alone already» The soups are my favorite, usually pretty good. The sandwiches are also good, but overpriced, rather small, and ordinary. I could make them at home very easily. Soup is good though, but several times I have gone in and they had run out of it, come on… you know its popular, make more.

Super friendly and great customer service. The cubano sandwich was great and the orzo rice they served with it was very good as well. Definitely recommended!

Gawd an amazing Cubano sandwich with roasted marinated pork, ham, Swiss with garlic aioli on a toasted ciabatta bun. It looked so good, I couldn’t take a pic! Service was super friendly as soon as I walked on which is a bonus. Their recipes are based on DDD recipes on the Food Network. Go check them out! I will come again!

Very friendly owner who is passionate about her food and letting her customers know it. We both had the tasty breakfast burrito with their homemade turkey sausage and the owner also shared with us a sample of her homemade cuban meat. Exactly what we needed on a gray Wednesday morning. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back to try their lunch menu.

Small café that had recently opened late last year. This café is a bit misleading from the appearance outside, as it looks like a lighting store. Inside you will find a small café with big personality. The women who own the shop are cheery and polite. The menu is small but has good choices, I decided to have the breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage! It was surprisingly pleasant and full of flavour. Note also, if you decide to go with the Stuffed French Toast, make sure you like cream cheese… It is quite overpowering but is great if you like cream cheese. The crispy granola crust is super delicious! Pros: Food is thought through, as they try to not use preservatives… That means fresh food! Cons: Only downside… They are open Monday — Friday 7am — 4pm

Yay! I’m a fan. Nice little hideout. basically sandwiched between the big ridge and browns’ social house(south east corner of hwy. 10 + 152nd). Super friendly staff, cute interior and I’m told they even have free wi-fi. Plus they even said they could change the bread choice on their grilled cheese if I bring back my toddler daughter . They sure need a bigger sign, but be sure to spread the word about this great Atypical surrey spot. I look forward to my next visit ;-)
