Great sales people, ridiculous customer service.
Getting rid of my lease ASAP just can’t stand getting calls from the rude finance lady for another 4 yrs.
Wouldn’t recommend Barnes to anyone.

Can I give less then a one star cause this is the worst transaction I have ever been through they lost my contract gave me a dirty car pulled repeated payments out my account and took zero responsibility for any of it they couldn’t even put my plates on the right way
Do NOT BUY one of your biggest purchases from this place total gong show — I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago and been in the dealer ship dealing with there mess ups over a dozen times #fail # don’t waste your time and the free Vacation is a bust as well

Unbelievably aggressive salespeople. I asked for a CarProof via email and have been hounded to come in and buy a car, even though I expressed no further interest. They won’t let up.
