Our furnace stopped working on Christmas eve. After calling around, we finally called Airco. Family run, so I wondered if they would want to help on Christmas eve. They tried to help us over the phone with some basic suggestions. That didn’t work so within a couple of hours, they were here and quickly fixed the problem. I asked for an honest opinion about the furnace as it’s older. They recommended a new one for energy savings, but they said the old one would be safe and functional for years to come. No pressure tactics. Just simple and clear reasoning. I might call them back later, but at least I can make an informed decision without feeling like I have no choice.
