Shawn Pallan was my trainer and coach at Innovative Fitness in West Vancouver. I was 59 years old at the time and was at Innovative to lose wait and get fit. Well, Shawn helped me get out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to run again and ultimately did 5 half marathons, 1 marathon and 10 Olympic Triathlons. He was technically the best trainer I have ever had and taught me a lot about physical fitness and life.
