If you are in the Cavendish area Carr’s Shellfish Market is the place to go for fresh sea-​food. They have lobster, clams, oysters, fish and much more.
You can buy lobster live or cooked. We have picked up cooked lobsters the last two nights and they were amazing. The best lobster I have ever had. The meat was so sweet and juicy you didn’t even need garlic butter. And the prices are amazing, under $ 15 for a cooked 1.5 lbs lobster. You just can’t beat Carr’s.
If you aren’t in the mood to eat at home they have a restaurant right around the corner with a beautiful deck overlooking the bay.
