I give this dealership 5 stars for pre-​sales, and 3 stars for warranty work.
When I first saw a car I liked from this dealership back in September of last year, I gave the sales rep a call in the afternoon to confirm its availability and then I drove in from Oakville to take a look at it. When I got there, the car was waiting out front for me to take for a spin.
The test drive experience was unreal! The sales rep took me on some fun roads to truly experience the power of this car, and honestly that is what sold me on it! Once we got back from the test drive, I asked to put a deposit to hold the car until the next day to get all my finances in order. He instead offered me to take the car home for the night, enjoy it, and then come in the next day with the payment I chose to get it — now that is service! Sure enough, I took the car home, drove it around town, and completely fell in love with it and ended up purchasing it shortly after. Goes to show that with good customer service comes good sales.
How in regards to the warranty servicing for my car, I’ve been there 3 times. Once was for regular servicing, once was for some minor issues, and once for a replacement of my muffler and a couple other minor things. The problem is, they don’t put the effort in to properly fixing the minor issues. When I inquired about the temperature control (dual), the associate asked me if I used a thermometer (seriously?). He seemed to argue most of the things I had issues with, and I was not happy about that. This is why the next time I have warranty work, I will be going to a dealership closer to me that has a better rep.
Overall, for buying a car, I highly recommend this location. For servicing a car — ymmv. Sometimes you will get them to fix your car without issues, and sometimes they make a fuss and only get the job half done.

Purchased my BMW here back in 2011 through my salesperson David Tremblay. I was pressured into buying the Tire & Rim Warranty, yes I should’ve said no but I gave in. Now, here’s where the issue lies. I called and emailed the Financial Services Manager Ingrid Wadsworth within 6 days, asking to cancel the warranty. She promised it would be cancelled immediately and I wouldn’t get charged the $ 1400 for it. After getting the runaround for months, they started to brush me off. They ignore the fact that I’ve been scammed and refused to refund my $ 1400 as promised. I was even told that their financial services manager scammed other clients and that she no longer worked for them. The new FS manager promised he would look into it, though it’s been 18 months and he’s never called me back. Needless to say, I did not receive the refund! I love my bmw, even 3 years later. But I will NEVER, EVER deal with Performance BMW ever again. I should mention, they offered me the $ 1400 back only if I purchased another vehicle with them. I do not trust this dealership and would never recommend them. I’m tired of dealing with this place, keep my $ 1400 if it makes you happy to know you scam your customers and constantly tell lies.
