Vanessa’s Cupcakery & Confections

The boss is from St. Catharines and brought in a gaggle of Vanessa’s cupcake on Friday. Oh sweet. Oh heaven. Forget donuts, oh bosses of the world. You want to engender morale? Treat them to some cupcakes, notably those from Vanessa’s. You almost wish you could eat even the paper cup thingy. Believe you me, I tried.
Each of these little fluffy edible gems was moist and flavorful. But I think what really made Vanessa’s cupcakes unique is the delightful icing that caps these little flavor bombs. Chocolate is hard to mess up, even by the likes of me, but dressing up vanilla vanilla can take some skill. Vanessa’s vanilla cupcakes are topped by this super rich bluish icing. It’s hard to describe the awesomeness of the vanilla’s topping so you’ll really just need to try one of these puppies.
