Just go! Best burger in the city! You will not be disappointed. Love how the meat is ground there fresh daily and the patty doesn’t go on until you order. Only complaint which really isn’t much of one at all, is that there’s not a lot of seating.

Some will say it’s pricey for a thin burger and underwhelming overall appearance and seating, but for the joy of not being hassled from the kitchen by some cook who insists that bloody and pink is the only way a burger should be, it’s worth it! Seriously, try getting a well done thick burger down the street without an argument. Give me a Guilty Burger every time. Properly done smash burgers for the win.

We almost didn’t go in because it doesn’t look like much from the outside — but that would be a loss. Because the burgers were excellent, the toppings varied without being ridiculous and the fries were crisp and fresh. It is a little bigger than it looks with seating in the back — and the service was friendly and attentive. We usually have stopped at the Works on our way to Western New York from Toronto, but this little place just around the corner will now be the go-to.

Came in and tried the Amara. For the 7 $ price point I don’t see it as value for my money. Do they grind the meat fresh in house everyday, made to order etc. YES. But I prefer a burger thats bigger than 6oz. Overall, at least have a deal for students as it seems they are the customers who visit

Straight up burger with cheese and bacon lots of veg and pickles $ 7. Good deal for freshly made burger with fresh ingredients. Bun fits the burger as well. Super friendly staff. If you are looking for a great local burger this is it. Parking tough but some on street with meters $ 1.50 per hour.

Been here quite a few times and im never dissappointed. Amazing burgers every time, the owner is there everyday if you habe questioms about the products. Best burgers in niagara, no questioms asked. This place has raised my standards for burgers. They will make success if they open as a franchise. Amazimg every time, keep up the good work Winston, Amara and his wife! Seriously love this place. So fresh.

Little hole in the wall place but with awesome burgers and amazing service. We ate outside and the server(owner) brought everything to us as it was ready.

Stopped in today on way home to Toronto after round of golf in Niagara Falls. Chose this place based on Unilocal reviews because my wife loves good hamburgers(not easy to find). We were not disappointed! I had the Guilty Burger and my wife the Big Mushroom. We shared a large order of fries and a chocolate shake. The hamburgers were both delicious, the fresh cut fries were great and the milkshake was very good. I can’t really add anything to the other reviews and suffice to say, we will be returning.

Hands down, Best burger in town! It all comes down to the quality of the patty for me. It’s hard to put into words what makes it so good. Super juicy I guess. There are some novel topping choices: for instance the“hangover” has a Fried egg, peanut butter and jam and bacon on it. I usually go for a straight up guilty burger which is just bacon and cheese. It’s a bit pricey but well with it.

I love the brioche buns they use at The Guilty Burger. The quality of the beef is apparent, and Winston grinds it fresh daily. The fresh cut fries are very good, too. The smallest burger on the menu, The Amara burger, is quite satisfying. Those with ravenous appetites will enjoy the other larger specialty burgers.

Do not even think about going to a different place for a burger. If you’re looking for incredible flavour, incredible meat and an incredible bun — this is your place. Out of all the burger spots I’ve tried, Guilty Burger surpasses all of them. Winston is incredibly humble and friendly. It is clear he has a talent for cooking and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I will never go to a different place for a burger as long as Guilty Burger is around. Definitely recommend it.

The Guilty Burger on St. Paul St. in downtown St. Catharines was advertised as «OPENINGSOON» for quite some time, I just recently discovered it had opened(apparently a few months ago) and boy it was worth the wait! I popped down at lunch today to try it out after learning that their beef is ground fresh daily, I will not eat ground beef in Canada if it’s not at least ONE of the following: a) grass fed b) organic or c) ground fresh daily in house; honestly, neither should you. For other joints in the area I appreciate the fact that at The Works I can choose pastured, local(just outside Ottawa) Elk instead of their ground beef which is not ground fresh. We also have«Big Smoke Burger» close by too at the new Niagara Outlet Mall. I appreciate I can get an organic beef patty here from Beretta Farms. However too many times at Big Smoke I’m asked«it’s Med Well is that okay?» only to get a well done burger that I can watch getting poked on the grill letting all the juicy flavor drip into the heat source of the grill, not good. I’ve given up on Big Smoke, The Works is $ 3.59 to sub the Elk patty which is quite expensive indeed. So I looked forward to trying the new kid on the block. The menu isn’t complicated, there are five or six pre-built options to choose from as far as burgers go, fries, poutine, pulled pork, non-alcoholic drinks and milkshakes. The proprietor’s name according to the website is Winston and the gentleman pictured is the one making burgers when I arrive. The girl on the cash was very pleasant and took my order, I chose the Guilty Burger($ 11) and substituted double smoked cheddar for what was listed as «cheese» that I presumed would be just processed cheese but didn’t confirm. I had a small fries($ 3) as well. Total after tax was $ 15.18. The online menu doesn’t have up to date pricing, each burger I think was $ 1 more than listed on the web. PROS: The fries are fresh cut The beef is 100% brisket, ground fresh daily Flavour baby, flavour! CONS: The price I use the CON loosely, there’s nowhere around here you can get a freshly ground burger, or an Elk burger, or a grass fed burger, for the price you can get a «burger» for at McDonalds. If you’re okay with McDonalds role in the current state of agriculture, be my guest. The flavour of this bad boy was absolutely terrific! This is a truly great burger, those who think you can only get a good fast food-style burger by going to In N’ Out in California? Wrong! Try The Guilty Burger. Nice soft non-overpowering bun, perfectly cooked bacon and caramelized onions, incredibly juicy burger, this thing is 10⁄10 on flavour. My fries were perfectly cooked, not too thin so that you can’t taste potato and only get oil in your mouth, not so thick they they wilt quickly, delicious and hot. I really like the detail to fresh ingredients here, all that’s missing is a soda option that doesn’t use GMO corn syrup, like Blue Sky or Jones. Well done«Winston», I will definitely be back.

Went to Guilty Burger for the first time the other day. It’s just a little place but don’t let that fool you! The burger was freshly ground and seasoned perfectly(unlike The Works). The bun was fresh and really put it over the top. Our family will definitely go there when we crave a good burger.

One of the best burgers I’ve had! Meat ground fresh daily — these burgers melt in your mouth… and lets not talk about that pulled pork poutine!
