rude, unhelpful staff.
I called today to get some help with flowers, you could tell straight away the staff member was in a bad mood, she was very short and unhelpful. I simpley asked what would go with a flower and she named a few items. I said I did not know what one of them are so I would google it and she said ok and hung up. Not everyone know every type of flowers that is why we come to stores for help.
Everyone should be treated with respect no matter how much you are spending but it is interesting to note I told her my budget was $ 100 and she spoke with me for one minute before saying ok bye and hung up. I wanted the google the item just before I placed the order. Good to know a small business in a small city does not need business, clearly the just need attitude and rude staff as payment.
AVOID THIS STORE!!!
