Pizza Pizza

This review is for take away.
We ordered our pizza on the Pizza Pizza app (which is amazing by the way, gives you a free dipping sauce on your next order!).
We got a large pizza with chipotle pulled pork, pineapples, pepperoni, and barbeque sauce (I love barbeque sauce) and chicken bites.
The pizza was delicious (just a tad too much barbeque sauce) and the toppings were plentiful. I even liked the chicken bites (I’d call them nuggets) and I’m not really a chicken person.
I swear they put an entire jar of pineapples on the pizza.
Tip: Ask for your pizza well done.
The man at the counter was extremely friendly and just happy in general.
Our pizza was done on time and we got everything we ordered.
I would highly suggest you pick up your order. I’ve encountered problems with delivery (not at this particular Pizza Pizza).

Tonight, my girlfriend and I ordered some dinner from Pizza Pizza on St. Paul Street in St. Catharines for delivery.
Pizza Pizza offers a 40 minute deliver guarantee. The order is free after 40 minutes. The order was late and I brought this up with the delivery driver. He became very hostile and said he was going to call «the OPD» (whatever that is) and argued with me for several minutes about it. He claimed he was at the curb in time but the terms of service dictate that he needs to be at the door step, and he wasn’t even on the street yet, let alone at my door. He then claimed he was the supervisor.
After it was all said and done, he left the food but he said he would «treat us like different customers» from now on and «he knows where [we] live».
I called the customer service desk after being disconnected 3x. They took my complaint but declined my request for a follow-​up with the manager.
I will never order from here again because I can’t validate my family’s personal safety.
