Wonderful local community Center with bay doors, natural skylight and electric lighting and is guess about 8000 square foot floor plan. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays is the market. Check out the wonderful selection of fresh and natural foods. Weekdays may it have the selection, but they will likely be less of a hassle as they are more sparsely attended. A great cultural hub for downtown St. Catharines, which one street over on St Paul street is suffering from the urban blight of closed businesses and too many bars. King street has this as an anchor, I suspect I will be back often!

I am reviewing the Market Square space, not the farmers market itself. I was recently at Market Square for Niagara VegFest. This is a great community space with large windows and skylight. Really incredible natural light but it does get hot in there. Some of the vendors’ food items started melting and sweating. The space has room for many vendors and it can get crowded as folks stop to look at tables or just stand in the middle of the walkway. I would be interested in checking out the farmers market there. It’s a very nice space to walk through. It was tough to park, but that could be because on Sunday, all the parking is free.
