I went to eastway to get my engine light fixed and was told quote would be $ 60 I got there told the owner SAM that there was a cylinder misfire I had already know about. He did his diagnostic by pulling out the spark plug and saying it wasn’t working which I had already told him he said that would cost me $ 60 and if I wanted it fixed then $ 150 and I’d be driving out with the problem fixed and check light off. As he did the work he broke my sparkplug wire and said he would get new ones, all in all job was completed and then says I owe him $ 250. $ 100 more than what he said. I told him he said it would be 150 and just started to make excuses to why it was 250 after he replaced the spark plug he had broken. At the end of the day SAM THE OWNER is not a man of his word and over prices his work. All in all I left and as soon as I got on the highway engine light came on again. Thanks SAM for the overpriced services that did not get me too far.

I have been taking my European make vehicle to Eastway Auto for a number of years now and have been very happy with the expertise that Sam and the rest of the staff have. They’ve always been more than honest and fair with repairs and maintenance. They’ve certainly gained my loyalty and trust.
