***This review has been edited under threat of law suit from the owner of the company*** We’ll stick to facts that I can prove with photos and multiple witnesses since the owner called me up threatening to sue because I was«lying» when he saw my review. Nothing I originally said was a lie, but certainly was a bit on the rude side and that I do regret and apologize for. The roof leaked on my antique jukebox early on in my experience with Wright Storage. I brought it to the attention of the employee that was on duty, and he quickly stated that they were not responsible for any damage or theft. I didn’t make a huge deal of it then, but the truth is that the damage basically cut the value of my jukebox in half, according to the assessment that I had done. I was also frustrated by the employee that seemed to never understand that I wanted to pay for multiple months when I said«I want to pay up and pay for next month”(or sometimes two months). On a few occasions we had to make more than one debit transaction, which took a LOT of time. The truth is, Eric(the owner) is a pretty decent guy from what I can tell and even helped me out, but he was not the staff member that I had dealt with when there were issues with my unit.
