I’m settling on three stars as a compromise … Their chill deserves 4 stars — surprisingly flavorful, adequate meatiness, and extra hot sauce(chill oil) is available on request. I’ve never been disappointed in it and it’s a welcome break from burgers. Their fries, however, are 2 stars at best. Why can’t they manage to ever be crisp? Pale, limp, usually not very hot — this is NOT appetizing and quite a let-down. You’re better off splitting your order with the Mickey D’s across the street, imho.

We don’t pop by Wendy’s very often but with this past 2 months of non stop renovations I am definitely guilty of giving into my toddler’s request for chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers for a quick dinner. Over the years I have probably visited this location a couple dozen times. The staff are always friendly and the service is prompt. My only complaint isn’t even location specific — I think their value menu of $ 1.89 is a bit high considering a few years ago the same menu was $ 1.29 or maybe $ 1.39. Overall, Wendy’s is a winner for me! I love their Chilli! SERIOUSLY — and they offer hot sauce, just be sure to ask. The Chili is super lean and NEVER greasy! I can’t get over how much protein is in it and how lean it is — so much so that I asked a staff member once how it is that their hamburgers/cheeseburgers are so high in fat yet the Chili is lean. They told me that they wash the hamburgers before crumbling them for the Chili — just like I do at home :-) LOVE It! Plus, I’m a sucker for sea salt fries. Every so often I’m disappointed by cool or limp fries and it does really suck when that is the only item I’m bringing home to my son who has food allergies and cannot partake in the sandwiches or chicken nuggets that my daughter is lucky enough to have. Overall — A great location with friendly staff :-)
