We brought our senior cat here for the first time. They were able to book us in on the same day, which was a huge relief. Being open until 9 pm on weekdays is a huge benefit for those of us who work regular business hours. The clinic staff seemed genuinely sympathetic and concerned about our pet’s health issues. The actual clinic was a nice setting. The waiting area and exam room that we were in were clean.
The vet was definitely one of the best vets we have ever taken our pets to (in 12+ years of seeing various vets in BC and AB). He was very gentle with our pet and she didn’t seem as fearful with him as she has been with other vets, even when he was completing his physical exam of her. He took the time to educate us on our treatment options and we didn’t feel pressured at any time. He was very thorough and didn’t seem rushed. We left feeling confident and comfortable with the treatment our pet received and the bill was very reasonable. We will absolutely be bring our pets back here again and are relieved to have found a great vet clinic so close to the city.

I have been to visit the clinic twice now. It was recommended to me by a friend that brings her cats there all the time.
The clinic is comfortable and inviting. They have drinks and snacks for the people that end up having to wait for test results or procedures to be completed.
First dog was a very bad ear infection. The staff was fantastic about squeezing me in between appointments because of the urgent nature of his condition. The doctor was great about explaining all of the steps that were being taken and they were able to clean up my little guy really well before they handed him back to me.
He is a special case when it comes to meds because he only weights 3.5 pounds. They managed to find an antibiotic that we were able to administer.
Second dog had blood in her urine. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments again. She is a rescue so she has some personality problems as well. The staff managed to clip her nails, which is almost an impossible miracle and they were really patient with her when it came to her flipping out about other dogs. (Poor girl pooped herself)
The doctors seem to genuinely care about the animals. My dogs didn’t seem to have a problem with the vets, although it is hard to tell with chihuahua’s because they shake all the time!
The website, newsletter and educational nights they have are incredible. You can upload pictures of your pet and information about him/​her to their profile. They have a monthly educational night where you are invited to the clinic to hear a talk about the subject of the month. They send you an electronic greeting card on your pet’s birthday as well.
The clinic is now open 7 days a week. They are even open late on the weekdays. This really helps when you have an «after hours emergency» with your pet, or if you are a worrier like me!

This place has got to be one of the best vet clinics I’ve ever been to in my life!
When you walk in there the staff is always very friendly and always willing to help you and answer any questions you have.
I’ve recently had my dog bullet neutered there and had a problem (Little bugger chewed his stitches) and found that it had nothing but the best of help over the phone. They told me to simply bring him in any re-​stitched him up and they didn’t charge me a single penny.
I also went on vacation recently and brought back three puppies from Cuba. I had absolutely no idea what to do with them and the staff and the veterinarians were nothing but helpful kind and sweet and helped me so much I can never repay them for that. The puppies are now nine weeks old and healthier than I could ever imagine them to be.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great veterinarian and veterinarian clinic.
Plus they give you free Soda, Starbucks Coffee, and water! WooHoo!

Great atmosphere, very helpful staff never had a bad experience at this vet clinic. My dog isn’t terrified to go in either!
