Sometimes I feel like my dogs enjoyed their stay there… sometimes not. The girl with the short brown hair who answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL every time I’m there. It’s like she couldn’t be bothered to actually perform decent customer service. She’s the one who makes the kennel seem awful.
