My wife and went for dinner here in June. I had thew Lasagna and my wife the chicken parmesan. We started with mozzarella sticks which were homemade. They were great. She had a side Caesar. That was from scratch as well. Alive with garlic and parmesan cheese. 15 minutes later our entrees came. Some say it takes to long but I don’t mind waiting for fresh food. If you want quick Italian food maybe the frozen stuff at East Side Mario’s is more your jam. Don’t mind people who piss and moan over not getting water. Its not a big restaurant so just ask. The server was fantastic and so was the food. Too full for desserts maybe next time. Ciao

I hate to say anything bad about this place because the owners are incredibly sweet and the food is very good. Having said that the food takes a very long time to come out and the service is painfully slow. Having drinks topped up or refilled shouldn’t take 20 minutes. The food itself is very freshly made and very very good. There’s nothing bad I can possibly say about any of the meals we got. The service though is a big part of dining out and it needs to be better.

Not a great experience at Taste of Tuscany. Our waitress was very nice, but lacked any basic knowledge of the food. The food was fairly highly priced for the portions and took a VERY long time to get. Service basics like refilling everyone’s water at the table, not just the person who had to ask for it as she walked by, we’re not thought of. Finally, when one of us received the wrong meal and had to wait for it for 10 minutes while the other guests almost finished their meals, nothing was done to make up for it. The food was fine, but no better than any other local Italian restaurant. Nello’s is much better.
