All of the idiots who have posted the negative reviews on here are incompetent owners. FYI, the trainer doesn’t train the dog for you. Training an animal is about training the owner. I have worked with animals for almost 14 years and can personally and professionally recommend them. Even experienced owners will seek the professional guidance of a trainer because training is all about how the owner reacts to the animal. Every animal is different so how the owner reacts is different every time which is why even veterinarians will take a new puppy to a puppy class.

We used this site for doggy day care and grooming for years. That was around 2002. When we returned to have our new puppy groomed 2007, the owner was behaving oddly. She stated that she only did half inch clips on all long haired dogs. We wanted 1 inch– nope she wouldn’t do it. We decided to pull our dog out of her grooming operation. She refused to let the puppy go! After a heated exchange with my husband she released the little prisoner to my custody. She then proceeded to tell us we were not being realistic and that ½ inch is the only way to responsibly groom a long haired dog. She called my husband some very bad names and told us we’d be sorry. I was sorry to see her act like that– but I’m happy we pulled out.

I was really unimpressed with (who I can only assume) is the owner. She was very rude and pushy with me. So I decided to pull my puppy out of her training classes before it even started; after which, she decided to call me and tell me what a mistake I had made for doing so! And that my puppy would turn out to be a badly behaved dog because I decided not to go through with her classes. It was ridiculous! I listened to her little rant about what a bad pet owner I must be (for pulling out of her class), politely got off the phone as soon as, and then knew I had done the right thing.
