The worst company out there. Threes guys don’t do a thing to help you. They are dishonest and manipulate situations to make it even harder for you the COSTUMER. They have handyman they use ray he own vp home watch and maintenance service. He is incompetent. He couldn’t even install a12 get off rain gutter right. Kdm staff are rude. lying lazy people who work hard at avoiding work. They won’t return emails or phone calls until to get pissed off then they make to to be the bad guy. Avoid them and any property they are affiliated with ie Clare Green Square .I wish I could give negative stars
