I recently switched providers and upgraded my iPhone, and Sharon made the swap quick and painless. I didn’t have to do anything except tell her my phone number and what sort of phone I wanted, and within an hour it was in my hand. I got to keep my existing phone number. The store has a good selection of cases and accessories and when I have a question about my account I give Sharon a quick call and she always has the answer. Normally she services larger customers with numerous phones, but she made the time for my swap and had a big smile the whole time!
