Ever since I have been going to see Amie I have enjoyed the customer service, she her staff give, she always looks after me, from time to time my son loves sitting in the spa chairs, use the remote control for his back due he is growing so fast, he makes the girls laugh, they are very friendly I would recommend them to anyone that asks where I get my nails done I proudly tell them where I get them done

Came to Fantastic Nails and Spa for the first time yesterday with my Mother and Daughter. We had an appointment for the three of us and we were taken at the promised time with prompt attention.
The staff were friendly and the spa itself — clean.
I will definitely come back :-)

Took my daughter and granddaughter for a pedicure and was completely satisfied. The salon is clean, tools are in sealed packages for each customer, and staff listened to what we wanted and watched our faces, especially the 6 yr old, to see if all was well. I was impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail, and plan on returning. Tammy was my technician and I definitely recommend her, but all the ladies seemed very nice and I don’t think you could go wrong with anyone.
Prices are reasonable — $ 25 for a regular pedicure, $ 45 for a spa pedicure, which included exfoliation and massage of legs as well as feet.

I went there once to get my nails done for a friends birthday.
it was terrible, the lady would file around my nails, but she did it too rough, and it was quite painful.
I chose a lavender color, but got Barbie pink.
the lady also put a few nails on not straight and it was terrible.

DONT GO HERE!
I went for waxing and a pedicure. First off the wax room is disgusting. I should have walked away right there but really needed to get a brazilian. She never changed the stick each time she dipped it into the wax pot. She burned me pretty bad that i blistered and skin started to peel a few days later. I really wanted to call the health department and complain.
The «Spa» pedicure” is not spa worthy. they pretty much rub deep cold on your legs let it sit and wash it off.
i have nothing good to say about this company.
I wouldn’t even rate this if it was an option.

Sorry to say I won’t go back again. I went there without an appointment. I specially asked if there was a wait because I could come back later. The lady told me no and had me sit in the pedicure chair and had my feet soaked. I waited and waited. My feet was soaked for 45 mins, still on one was free to come even check on me. I just left. I knew I didn’t have any appointment. I would have been okay if they told me they were busy and to come back later. I will NEVER go back again!
