I discovered Rosita and her Delightful Creations last year. I tried every cupcake vendor at the St. Albert Outdoor Farmers Market. Hands down, no word of a lie, stick a needle in my eye, these are some of the most incredible tasting cupcakes you will ever have the opportunity to try. I had friends who begged me to stop and pick up cupcakes for them after I had them try one. The different flavours are incredible, but and this is a big but(no, I am not talking about my butt getting bigger because of all the cupcakes I ate), you must, I repeat, you must try the red velvet cupcakes.
