I have to agree, the eggs benedict was amazing. The bacon was out of this world and the english muffin was think and crispy, the hollandaise was light and full of flavor. The ingredients here are top notch. The spinach, fig and artichoke salad was amazing. Great find.

My favorite breakfast spot in Squamish. Delicious food, nice casual environment, toys for the kids to play with and great coffee. As an added bonus, they have a nice selection of organic and locally raised meat products so that you can pick up your meats for dinner that night.

Live at Squamish was causing line-​ups at places like The Nest with their 2 for 1 Benny deal so we headed to The Cup. Good choice! The Traditional Benny is actually a little non-​traditional as it has regular bacon (organic I believe) instead of back bacon. Mmmmmm bacon. It was super scrumptious — I like bacon! The Hollandaise sauce was so light and amazing and the potatoes were perfect. Very good coffee too.
They have a deli serving up local, hormone free meats and a decent selection of cheeses. Our Squamish friend says Steve Fecho is an amazing Chef and he offers at 3-​course gourmet dinners on weekends for under $ 30. They go white tablecloth for those. Steve’s soup won Best Soup of Squamish at the annual May Fair.
