This bunch does NOT stand behind their work in our experience. They seem to have no real interest in tweaking things that are probably minor, maybe not, but they won’t come to see what is causing the problems. And, a pretty strong whiff of a coverup of a faulty installation for the one problem that they did come to see and ‘fix’ (which term is a bit questionable). Hate to think how long they would take ‘fixing’ problems, IF they would ever come to take a look in the first place! Repeated phone calls (too bad we didn’t keep a diary of those), brainstorming as to how to ‘shame’ them into coming to see… nothing works. Buyer beware, and shame on our contractor who used this outfit in the first place. The usual Whistler story: no taking responsibility for their work. Take the money and run.
