Our eye care team includes optometrists, an ophthalmologist, optician and certified optometric assistants. We specialize in eye exams, medical and preventative eye care, contact lens fittings, and LASIK and cataract surgery co-management. Our optometrists, Dr. Bart McRoberts, Dr. Clark Bowden, and Dr. Sydney Davidson, and our ophthalmologist, Dr. Simon Holland, are here to address all of your eye and vision concerns and are experts in diagnosing and treating dry eyes, eye allergies and infections, glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts. Our doctors are committed to staying at the forefront of current knowledge and disease detection technology and attend countless medical education courses. We are proud that our practice is one of the most diverse and progressive eye care clinics in the world.
History
Established in 1964.
Squamish has been serving the Sea to Sky Corridor for over 50 years. 3 years ago the office relocated and expanded in size located in the Garibaldi Village. The office has 4 doctors including an eye surgeon. We are equipped to treat and manage Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataract Surgery, Laser Surgery, Contact Lenses, Dry Eye, Genetic Testing, Ocular Nutrition Testing and Orthokeratology (over night vision correction). We have tailored our practice to children and families. One of our doctors specializes in paediatric eye exams.
Also we have a lab on site and a full optical dispensary with high-end and budget conscious frames and also lenses including Nikon Digital.

Dr. Clark Bowden B.
Manager
Dr. Clark Bowden grew up in Calgary, AB where he attended the University of Calgary Biological Sciences. He received his Doctorate degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Dr. Bowden’s clinical rotations included Pediatric Optometry at the New England Eye Commonwealth where he received training in pediatric specific conditions. He also worked in the Veterans Affairs Health System Boston, MA where he gained a broad experience with ocular disease treatment and management. Dr. Bowden also worked as the optometrist for a busy homeless shelter in Boston, MA 2007.
Dr. Bowden was awarded the «Clinical Excellence in the Field Contact Lens Award» in 2007.
Dr. Bowden is also a member of the National Glaucoma Society, the Optometric Retina Society and the Optometric Nutrition Society.
