History
Established in 2015.
It all started over a few sips of moonshine from a friends still and the memory of our trips to New Orleans and the American South. Mostly we reminisced about the amazing food, drink, and spirit of those wonderful places and people. Before you know it, we had dreamed up the Copper Coil. With that in mind we think the spirit of New Orleans and Squamish go together quite well.
We’ve tried to translate that fusion into our vibe at The Copper Coil. We hope it’s a place where every time you visit you’ll have another new and wonderful experience, inspiring you with our food, drink, service and décor. We’ve sourced ingredients locally, as we believe strongly in community, while also reaching a little further out so we can expose you to genuine world fares. All of our meat is hormone and antibiotic free, and for the most part comes from local, boutique farms.
