I specialize in premium steam cleaning of carpet and upholstery. Along with that I provide pet odour/​accident clean up and tile and grout cleaning.

My basic cleaning is everyone else’s deluxe. By thoroughly prevacuuming I remove the dry soil first preventing it from turning to mud and causing problems later. It just makes sense.

History

Established in 1994.

I started cleaning in ’92 for The Bay. I learned how NOT to clean.

Started on my own in ’94, kept asking a lot of questions. I was told I was too slow when cleaning at the Bay and I got even slower once on my own. I am not a fast, quick clean option. I started pre-​vacuuming in ’95 and discovered just what was being left in carpets by professionals that thought their truck was getting it all.

Many cleaners just either can’t take the time or don’t want to take the time to thoroughly prevacuum carpets. This is the most essential step, especially if you are concerned about allergies. It removes the most soil load from the carpets and makes the carpets that much cleaner.

This is how I came up with the slogan, You won’t just think its clean, You’ll KNOW IT!
