We were on our way from Toronto to Killarney Provincial Park and thought of taking a break on the way. While driving on Hwy 400 which passes through some beautiful little towns on the shores of the Georgian Bay, we fancied getting off the highway and stopping at a small community on the shore. Victoria Harbour, the name, sounded good so we headed that way and were pleasantly surprised to discover this cute little community. Friendly people, trails along the waterfront and a neat picnic area. We stopped at the Albert st. parkette for an hour, snacking, enjoying the views and relaxing in a gazebo, then drove through the town before resuming our journey.
