In the interest of details;
I walked in here shortly before closing, for anyone whose ever worked retail, I know «Im that guy». I wasn’t treated that way though. I was brought through a line up of products I had been researching (googling), and some I hadn’t even considered.
I had some comparative product analysis, knowledge and experience dropped on me. Usually you get the kiss ass responses of «oh yeah sick boot, Ill check for your size».
I ended up with EXACTLY what I needed, and surprisingly what I wanted as well.
The bottom line is quality service, quality kit, and attention to details. The staff and attitude will make it or break it for me because I can always order online and skip the hassle of some dummy who doesn’t care about anything but a commission or their next break.
They carry the kit and brands I like and trust, and they earned my business. Now Id sooner driver down to Sherwood Park than turn my computer on and click ‘Add to Cart’
