They arrived about 20 minutes late, which in the time-​frame we had was a pretty big deal, but not the end of the world. They were polite, came and assessed our belongings, and immediately got to work. We had done all of our own packing, so it was just moving things.
They were careful with our belongings (we haven’t finished unpacking yet but we didn’t witness anything to make us concerned) and took their time in the hallways of our condo building which I appreciated.
They arrived at our new place about 20 – 30 minutes after we did (they had to finish packing up the truck and obviously drive slower than us), and immediately began bringing things up. They took a small lunch break partway through the day, which they included in our total time. I wasn’t sure how I felt about paying for them to take a break (at $ 100 an hour) but they worked hard and I just factored that in when I tipped them.
We have an awful lot of stuff, so the total of 6.5 hours didn’t seem unreasonable. I was expecting it to be a couple hours faster, but they did work hard and I can’t really find any fault with what they did.
I would likely hire them again, movers can be really dodgy and these guys were pretty good. All of my things made it (I think!) and there were no last minute hidden fees or surprises.

I used Riteway for a move across Edmonton a couple of days ago. They arrived on time, were polite, professional and courteous. Moving was done at the expected time and with no surprise costs. Would recommend them and use them again.

These guys were AWESOME. Used them twice in a week to consolidate two places into one shared new place. Once of the moves was local, the other from Calgary. Their rates were very good, their guys showed up exactly on time and they treated all our belongings with lots of respect. Not a single thing broke and not a single scratch on a wall.
They were fast, very friendly and we couldn’t be happier. Moving services certainly isn’t something we need often, but if we ever need a move again or have people we know wanting a mover — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

On our recent move, we hired these movers. Due to circumstances we had to reschedule and they were awesome and accommodating (no extra charges as well).
They were on time the day of the move and were careful of our items. Since we lived in a loft and moved to a new loft, at each location there were a lot of stairs. So far in unpacking nothing is broken, chipped or damaged. The 2 gentlemen that moved us were super polite and the whole move (we moved a lot of items including appliances) took the two of them about 6 and a half hours… we forced them to take a break and have some refreshments and we paid just over $ 500. Well worth the money! Will use them again if we ever have to do a big move.
