Probably the best place I’ve been to for massage. The staff are amazing. Never had a bad experience!

Now, I have to admit– the only reason I got Unilocal in the first place was to give good reviews and spread only the best vibes to businesses that truly deserve it; however Muscle Elements has left a rather sour taste in my mouth.
I am, and have been an avid customer of theirs for years and have gotten pretty consistent average experiences there. What I can say is their customer service is seriously lacking.
If I’m going to be paying a heavy amount for an hour of my time, I’d expect to get the full hour massage– however they are always cutting the corners. I am consistently early, yet the massage begins 10 minutes late, and ends 10 minutes early. The first couple times I noticed this, I bit my tongue, thanked them for their time, tipped and left. Until one occasion; Like I said, I have been going to them for awhile, and so I was headed to receive my ever so needed massage only to find they were CLOSED? rather, moved locations. nobody told me this on the phone, when o booked it, nor when they followed up the day before to remind me that I’d had a massage booked. So I raced around Sherwood park frantically looking for the place, and I finally arrived 15 minutes late. Whereupon the masseuse started, as usual 10 minutes late. and wrapped up 10 minutes late. I was FURIOUS. I don’t take accountability for going to the wrong place, as I was not informed, and they did not offer any reimbursement or anything. Again, I bit my tongue and figured they were probably just jumbled having recently moved places. until my Step-​father, going through a traumatic loss had booked himself an appointment, he had never been, and looked it up on the website and went to their old location. He is from Edmonton, not Sherwood park, so he spent an hour driving around the entirety of Sherwood park looking for the new location only to have given up an gone home; now this to me gave wave that they were dishonest and consistently screwing up appointment times and taking advantage of people. whereupon I finally called to complain. where I was awarded a «free half hour massage» (which probably only covers a fraction of time they’ve stolen from me over the years) and my step father was passed on to a manager and it’s still in discussion, pretty lame considering he didn’t know any better.
Anyhow, I show up to my appointment, 10 minutes early today, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and what do you know she starts 10 minutes late, and ends 5 minutes early.
What is supposed to be the odd treat of relaxation had turned into a nightmare and a headache from start to finish. I would never recommend this to anyone ever. when I walked out the doors today, it was for the last time ever as I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere.
I can say though, the massages themselves are pretty near perfect, and the atmosphere is truly lovely. it’s just a shame they don’t run an honest business.
