Went to pick up my dry cleaning after the expected pickup time and was told that my item could not be found after a halfhearted search. Was asked if it was too much trouble to come back some time later. When asked when I should come back and where my item might be I got a fairly noncommittal answer. This is not acceptable. Although this location is walking distance from my home I don’t intend on coming back.

Wow this place is great if you have any kind of problem stains master cleaner sure can help out not only will they do press only they do bulk laundry service I never have to touch a washing machine again and the cost is cheaper than you think if you have no time or just don’t like doing laundry come to master cleaner you’ll be happy you did the customer service is also outstanding thank you master cleaner and with free pick up and delivery service it can’t get easyer than that for clean wrinkle free garments

I’ve been using this dry cleaner exclusively since I moved to the Park. The service is always great and the staff are friendly. The turn around time on dry cleaning is great and when they give you your receipt it has the pick up date on it, so no need for a business card with a time written on it. The pricing of service is on par with other dry cleaners as well.
