I purchased a new home from this company two years ago and several delays later I have yet to close on my house. This is our first home and the process has been disappointing to say the least. We did not feel valued in the process and communication was poor. The only communication we received was to inform us of more delays. No explanation was offered either time, besides a harsh winter nearly 3 years ago. I gave two stars because the décor team was great (the only positive interaction with this builder since the purchase) My only hope is that my home will be beautiful if and when I get it.
