It would have been a 2 – 3 stars if our experience eating here was at least consistent(our second meal there was not bad. The first and today’s were not). Make sure you get there extra early if you want dinner as they shut at 5pm. It seems that they may focus more on the lunch time service as the one decent meal(and customer service experience) we had was at lunch time. By dinner, portion size is smaller and food is old. Potatoes are good. Salad is fine(just head lettuce with 2 little tomatoes cut in half), ribs did not seem cooked properly as they were very tough. If you order the ribs you get 3 bones per plate so a very small portion(my underweight 4 year old ate most of it to herself). For being a new food option in Shelburne we were hoping it would be a success and we’re trying to support it. We’ll give it one more shot in a month(because they have a good idea and may improve). We bought two meals of ribs — one with potato and the other with salad and tried to feed 2 adults and 1 young child.
