Scarborough is a multicultural city that continues to grow. Alan Spergel opened our first office in 1994, so we have been a part of this community for many years. We now have a second office in town to cater to our clients who are travelling from afar.

Scarborough has a large Tamil community, and several of our staff speak Tamil. We enjoy working with the diverse and growing community in Scarborough. Our clients come to us in financial despair and most want to find a way to repay their debts. When Alan Spergel first envisioned our company in 1989, his priority was to ensure that every single person who walked through our door to resolve their debt problems was treated with respect, compassion and superior client service. Business Owner

Jeff has been practicing for over 18 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Spergel team. A licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, he oversees the administration of the firm’s personal insolvency offices as well as handling his own clientele. He enjoys meeting people and helping them find a solution to their debt problems that allows them to get back on track. He is always available to his clients to provide advice and guidance on money matters or personal issues that contributed to their current situation.

Jeff prides himself on being an excellent listener who helps people deal with their financial difficulties by tailoring solutions to their needs. He is well known in the insolvency community for his dedication to both his staff and his clients. He is extremely community-​minded and supports many different initiatives around town. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.
