Rogers sucks in many ways, but I’m rating this retail location only. My last three experiences have been great, dealing with internet and cable. The staff are very professional, truly helpful(rather just trying to get you out ASAP) and friendly. Sometimes they have a line up but this is not their fault, the help that each customer needs is sometimes extensive and they will work with you until everything is resolved to their ability and your questions answered. I have not any unreasonable conditions or problems from them regarding returning or exchanging equipment. They have helped me deal with Rogers(main company on the phone) more effectively by coaching me on what to tell them. Thanks.

I usually come here for any hardware issues with Rogers. Usually the lineup can be ridiculous so I would avoid peak hours. I came last week to exchange my box and it was actually the fastest visit I’ve ever had. The two people at the counter were really young and very funny. Being a pervious Rogers employee, I know how hard it can be to still have your personality survive a long day. No hassle and everything was working perfectly. Dealing with cell phones there I find frustrating and can be information overload with all these exceptionalties that they never seem to mention up front which has caused problems in the past. However this experience with my digital box was great Esp because it was a promotional box being offered. And if you do have to wait in line, go to Lamanna’s or starbucks for some fuel

Well, it was that time of year again to renegotiate our Rogers packages and we got an excellent deal. We were told to go to our nearest Rogers Plus store to pick up our new equipment but not until the 9th, when the new package would start. Typically we’ll receive an email confirmation of the changes made to my account but when we didn’t receive it within a day or two, we gave them another call. We were assured that everything was there but that we probably would receive the email until the actual ‘start date’. The day before the 9th, we had still not received the email and we called once again just to make sure everything was going as planned and once again, we were assured that everything was arranged and ready to go for the 9th. This is the closest Rogers Plus to us and we arrived shortly after lunch only to find out that the deal Rogers had offered us had expired on March 1st and there was no work order prepared… say what now? The staff at this location did the best they could to get things sorted but in the long run, we had to call Rogers ourselves and have the offer reinstated. What a complete and utter waste of time. Thankfully this store has plenty of seating for disgruntled customers to make these types of calls. The girl that was helping us in the store kept checking with us to see how we were making out with Rogers on the phone and she had everything ready to go once the new plan was reinstated. 3.5 stars for the staff and service level we received at this store but only a 2 stars for Rogers for wasting our time with this nonsense.
