History

Established in 1979.

Neal and Smith has been in business as a law practice for over 35 years, serving the Toronto area as well as clients from Windsor to Ottawa and throughout cottage country. The two founding partners, Barry H. Smith and Randolph R. Neal, are still actively involved in the practice and bring a combined legal knowledge of over 70 years to their clients’ cases.

Notwithstanding that the partners have practised in most areas of the law, they currently limit their practice to real estate law, wills and estates, and corporate law.

Our staff is friendly and helpful, our fees are competitive, and although we have developed a strong and loyal client base over the years, we are open to accepting new clients.
