An honest review of this store.
There is the odd time when they do well, but mostly; they aren’t doing well at all.
First off, their sporting goods in the store are often priced higher than other locations in the city. Discounts on merchandise like that only bring it back to other stores prices if that (still could be higher).
Some of their employees are pretty dense. No care and no passion. However, others can be quite knowledgable and love what they do.
They even have products look like they’ve been there for ages. Common rule of thumb is the longer the product stays on the shelf, the harder it is for it to be sold. Colours have faded due to long shelf life.
There is a sewer smell through out the store which isn’t overpowering, but you can smell it clearly.
Canadian athletes have come here, sales can be good in a one off, that’s the second star right there.
Today, people want the best price. Unfortunately, JMT Metrosport has not caught this at all. I recommend going to Sil Vous Play Sports in Sandhurst Circle (Finch and Brimley) if you want great prices and a wide selection of shirts, shoes etc.
