This hotel was an average pet friendly hotel and worth the price we paid. which at the time was 135 for 2 nights ! It was also only 40 dollars per STAY for my dog. which was reasonable. The most we paid at other hotels was $ 15.00 a night. Checking in was super easy and the women at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room location apparently got changed when they realized we had a dog(which I noted in the online reservations), which I was fine with but come to find out the room was pretty much in the basement… I was bummed about this at first but I got used to it(don’t worry we still had windows). The room was recently remodeled. you could tell it wasn’t completely done. I really liked that the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had bright lighting(which I loved for applying make up), decent closet space to hang some items and spacious rooms. I also liked that the hotel was pet friendly, had a super friendly staff, had free breakfast(which consisted of breads/bagels, juice, cereal and muffins) OH and there is also free parking which is another plus ! Now what I didn’t like about the hotel was the basement rooms(it felt creepy at times, especially with the hotel still doing renovations), the side doors were kept open consistently which made me feel unsafe at times, there was no second lock on the door like other hotels usually have, only one low stocked vending machine on property and the wifi… ohhh the wifi. The wifi wasn’t really all that great… I’m thinking that maybe it was because we were in the basement. It was really unfortunate that the wifi didn’t work all that well for us because we really needed it. Hopefully that will change once all the renovations are 100 percent complete. OK, final note… if you happen to be traveling with a dog, you’re not super picky and you can get a decent rate on this hotel … book it.
