Great currency exchange, especially if you want to buy/​sell yuan. Rates are highly competitive. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. No communications barrier despite this place being in the deepest of Scarborough. Ding a star for tight, tight parking. It’s next to a Chinese grocery store and the Oriental Center so parking is only slightly less insane than Pacific Mall.
