Very unhappy with the quality and efficiency of a recent experience I had with Davinci Flower Shops Ltd.
I called to order flowers for my wife Friday 12⁄05 around 1pm. I requested same day deliver to which was given a timeline of 2pm-​6pm for delivery. I ordered a package that cost $ 59. Around 5:45pm, I called to confirm my order and was told it would arrive within 15 minutes. The flowers didn’t actually arrive until around 7:00pm. The quality of the arrangement was very poor. Some flowers had yet to bloom, others were very tired looking. Water had spilled over the vase which made the presentation look messy. The vase itself was dirty as well.
Very unhappy. The ordering experience had my hopes high but, in the end, I was very dissapointed.
