London Road Diagnostic Clinic

Absolutely no compassion! Turned my child away telling us it was because they close at 4:00. I had come straight from by daughter’s Dr. Appt and I reminded the lady that I looked at my watch and the clock behind her which said it was 3:50 not 4:00 and suggested that if they close at 4, they should be accepting patients until that time or have it clearly posted that no patients are accepted after a certain time. I had to pay 2.00 to park for absolutely nothing and all she did was say to come back the next day. I told her I was working the next day and would be back at the same time again so there was no point. I asked them to just do the xray as it was only a finger and wouldn’t take long but she told us no and go to the hospital then. I work in the medical field and believe it’s all about providing compassionate care and this lady should not be working in it. If it was an adult I might understand but it didn’t bother her one bit to allow a child who needed an xray go without it. Funny thing is, we did go to the hospital and got the xray done there, which took maybe 3 minutes time and got confirmation that the london road diagnostic clinic had indeed turned away a child who does have a broken bone. I’ll gladly wait for hours at the hospital in the future before I would ever let any member of my family be mistreated by that place again!
