At Salt Spring Island Cheese we hand make and hand package goat and sheep milk cheeses. Come by our cheese shop and farm to see how all of our cheeses are made and to sample them in our store.
History
Established in 1996.
We started by milking sheep and making cheese with their milk. Soon, due to demand, we expanded and started bringing in goat milk to increase production. Now we buy all of our milk, but continue to make the same cheeses and more.
