Excellent restaurent. Une cuisine française raffinée. Excellents poissons. On y va régulièrement, autant le midi qu’au repas du soir. C’est une des bonnes tables de Québec.

EXPENSIVE, nice service, excellent wine list. I loved the gazpacho as well as their foie gras. My fish of the day was slightly over cooked and waaay too much mashed potato on the plate, albeit beautifully piped. Delicate vegetables seasoned well.
My son enjoyed the pork tenderloin and scallops. If you are tired and do not wish to leave this impeccably clean hotel, just know this lovely elegant restaurant is not for the faint of wallet, but will deliver a quality meal.
